I've had a goat milk share with Celtic-Knot almost 4 years. I love visiting the family and interacting with the animals. The family has nothing to hide in their animal care methods, which are top notch and as holistic as possible. Twice I've purchased a half hog, which is always high quality meat, including lard. If only the farm was just a little closer to my home, but it is worth the by-weekly drive I make.
