Reviews for: Crumptown Farm

Our family has been using Crumptown CSA for 2 years and are looking forward to signing up for our 3rd next year. We love the variety of produce that we get in our large share. I particularly enjoy that they keep it interesting with a good bit of variety. In addition to the regular stock of tomatoes, peppers and beets, Brad shares interesting Asian greens that we always enjoy.

We love the weekly emails that share good recipes and give us ideas for new ways to use what we will be getting that week. It is always a pleasure to pick up our share, Brad is so pleasant and I look forward to seeing him each week.

Our first pick up was the week that our first child was born. I love that some of his first foods were from Crumptown and now that he is a little older he loves eating everything we get from farmer Brad! Next year will be our family's 3rd year with Crumptown CSA and we look forward to our next baby (coming in the Spring of 2015) growing up on these wonderful fruits and veggies.

I love that the owner of this farm is always so friendly at the market. He has wonderful peppers and sweet potatoes, but what I love most is that he introduced me to a NEW vegetable...and there aren't that many that I don't know.

He gave me some vitamin green -- sort of a cross between spinach and kale -- to try, since I really wasn't sure about it. The names sound sort of fishy, you know!?

It became an instant favorite with the husband and kids. I haven't tried it raw yet, but Crumptown always has a fresh supply.

I haven't tried there CSA -- usually, he doesn't have a large selection of variety of veggies, but that may be because he's saving it for the members.
