My husband and I purchased a beef from Ed Callan. We think this is some of the leanest, best tasting beef we have ever had. Thank you Ed. We will definitely purchase again. Awesome flavor!!!!

I am a first time customer and never before had Longhorn beef. I can truly say it's the best purchase of of beef by far. I split a half with my neighbor and have now tried all the cuts of the meat, hamburger, steaks, roast,ribs,and liver. The meat is lean, cooks beautifully, and the absolute best taste of beef I have ever had. Service from Ed Callen was professional, and shared his knowledge on cooking the beef for best results. I am 100% satisfied. He has great love for his animals and it shows in his professionalism.
