Fun Family Farm....fresh veggies, grown right here, Cucumbers, Cabbage, Kale, Turnips, Onions, Collards, Strawberries, and of course the famous ZELLWOOD Sweet Corn. It's great ride out to the country, during the corn maze season (fall) there is lots of fun stuff for the family to do together. Last year they had their first Sweet Corn Jamboree the weekend before Memorial Day. Had great music, fresh cooked corn and again, lots of stuff for the kids to do. This year it seems they will have a bigger better Corn Jamboree, can't wait. The market and cafe have fresh baked sweet breads and homemade jams and jellies, as well as signature pickles.

I've been hooked on Long and Scott farm's sweetcorn since the Zellwood sweetcorn festival in Apopka. We have since visited the farm, multiple times for their seasonal corn fest/farmer's market. I've been to the festival in May and in October and I would recommend hitting the October event and skipping the May event. It is just too plain hot in May to be walking around outside.

The fall event is a lot of fun though with its towering corn maze, delicious sweet corn, hayride and jumbo slide. Admission is a little steep for what you get but the folks working out there are always very friendly. We love to bring home a few bags of Long and Scott's Sweetcorn- the best corn you can buy.
