I did the flower CSA last year and getting any sort of customer service response, or talking with them at the farmer's market, was like pulling teeth. It could take a week to get a response via email and at the market they would act annoyed and flustered whenever you stopped by their stall to ask questions or request a custom flower arrangement. They seem to love farming but hate people and give the impression customer's are an inconvenience. They had an assistant who was pleasant, I recommend they stick to the farming and give her responsibility to handle ALL interactions with people.
