Waiting to hear back from the city, but the only hours of operation listed on the official website are for "Food Truck Fridays," so if you want to buy tacos and other junk food off the back of a truck you've found the place. If you want fresh vegetables you're out of luck, nobody there knew when (or if) they're doing that this year.

I went 2 or 3 times last season, and i wish i had gone more! Ive gotten potatoes, melons, peaches, tomatoes, eggplants, and radish sprouts, all were good produce. They didnt have much variety though. I think Saturday is the better day to try them. Now is the time that they need support though, so better varieties can be supplied! Worth a visit.
