We visited Carolina Bay Farms in July and the farm is so nice. James and Sharon are restoring an old homestead and their hard work is evident throughout the farm. We saw goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, guinea hens, turkeys and more. I purchased a "sampler" pack of eggs containing some chicken, duck, turkey and guinea eggs and they were all delicious when I cooked them up. Recently I ordered a heritage turkey from them for Thanksgiving and can't wait to roast it up.
