I worked for Terrapin Farm from April through July of 2015 as an intern and I had an amazing experience. All of the interns worked really hard, but we learned a lot and had the opportunity to be a part of the community that Judy has created around Terrapin for the past 20 years. As far as organic practice goes, Terrapin is very serious about organic certification and adhering to standards. It was an opportunity to learn what it takes to be a commercial-scale organic production farmer, while also learning the business -side of selling produce at farmer's markets, CSA's and wholesales. I had a lot of fun working for Judy and would recommend the experience to anyone looking to develop skills and be a part of a community.
