This was my first time to visit the farmers market in Provo and I was so impressed! Now this was a true farmers market.
There was the best looking veggies I have seen in ages! Cabbages as big as basketballs and peaches so fragrant that just the smell of them made my mouth water.
There was fresh flowers, chicks, bunnies, fresh preserves, fresh baked bread and the crafters were so talented and knew their products well.
This was such a family friendly enviorment that we intend to return each week to see whats new .

I have loved watching the Provo Farmers Market grow, especially these past few years. It's such a community building thing to do every Saturday. I love getting real fruits and veggies. The beets especially are far superior to any of those at the grocery store.

I've been coming to the Market in Provo for years, and it keeps getting better! This last market on Saturday was great and a welcome event after a long winter! There was great early spring produce. I had spring greens and onions, watercress and eggs all from the market for dinner last night! The spring maypole dance and the Native American hoop dance were also fun. The market has really come along way from when it started in the parking lot across the street, I will definitely be there every Saturday this summer! Thanks!

I am a transplant from the San Francisco Bay area and have lived in Utah for the past 21 years. I have fond memeories of going to the farmers market and buying fresh produce at the Cow Palace when I was a kid. In the fall we would travel to Half Moon Bay to pick our pumpkins. Good times. I also remember being surprised that there was not one here. Over the years I have discovered other opportunities and have enjoyed traveling to Salt Lake City on saturdays to attend their farmers market. I have watched first hand how the farmers market has grown here over the years ( I live on 700w and Center St.) and I have to say you guys are taking the steps to create a wonderful market. I stayed in town on saturday to attend the local farmers market and I truly enjoyed it.

This farmer's market is still growing, but last year offered many varieties of fruits and vegetables, bread, jewelry, art, and even had Mexican and Chinese food stands. If you live in the area, check it out.
