I can't believe I am the first one to write a F&F review. This is an AMAZING program run by fabulous people. The company combines produce, meat, dairy, breads, honey, etc. from farms in the local area and makes sure that each week you receive a wide variety of nutrients within your diet. Fish is every other week and also comes from sustainable and local fisheries. They are extremely accommodating and if you have any allergies or just general issues with any of the food you can bring it up to them and they will work around that to get you a replacement when that food comes each week. (for example I don't eat lettuce and it was wasted so now I get extra of whatever produce they have on hand!) You can add on to your orders and really tailor it to what you need, and it is a TON of food. I have done both the large and individual basket sizes and trust me you won't ever run out of meat haha. (freezer!) EVERYONE is jealous of my access to this company. 100% Perfect.
