We are ecstatic to have found Schrader's Meat Market. Our farm ventured into selling retail cuts of pork at the farmers' markets last year. After a few 'not so great' experiences at other processors we gave Schrader's a try late last year. Their service was exactly what we were searching for.

The facility is clean, well lit, and nothing is hidden (there is even a window so you can see into the cutting room). Everyone we spoke with from the gentleman who helped to unload the pigs to Chris, who helped us go over the cut sheets, was very friendly. They are very organized, which is a huge plus and helps us to have confidence that any mistakes will be kept to a minimum.

The end product was packaged in such a way that it really showcases our products. The pork chops are packaged side by side (not stacked), the bacon is fanned out, and even the spare ribs are laid out wonderfully! We didn't lose one vacuum seal last year either.

We highly recommend their service to everyone we know!

My husband and I had been looking for good locally raised, pasture fed, natural meat. We were so blessed to find Shrader Farm Meat Market. We have purchased their beef and pork and EVERYTHING is just fantastic. We are very pleased with the flavor and tenderness!! All cuts are top of the line. The packaging is very well done so that nothing gets freezer burn if you freeze it. This commitment to quality is reflected in all of their products and is evident in the excellent customer service they provide. I would recommend this Meat Market highly!! We shop no where else.
