A few years ago, I stopped by browsing and bought some chili flavored hot soy nuts. When I was pregnant with my first child, I would eat those and drink lots of water. LOL Gosh, were they good. I went back a year ago. And they only had regular soy nuts, at the time. Either way, I bought those and put my own chili flavoring on them. The employees were very nice.

Bought some maple syrup (2 quarts) and it was labeled with a sticker saying it was grade B. When I went to use it, was definitely grade A. Management claimed they had no idea about the product. I was passing through town and got stuck with an inferior product. Store made no offer to rectify the matter.

Each Maple Syrup processor decides how to grade and label their syrup - A or B. There is no mandated standard. We were sorry this customer was not satisfied, but they did receive a good product. We told them we would be happy to exchange the syrup when they were in the area again.

Grade A is the best quality maple syrup . My husband grew up in New England where it is made and actually prefers the grade B which is harder to find .Grade B is darker . I am sure Quail Cove has no control of what is in the bottle or how it is labled. :)Sharon
