Leo's Honey House produces delicious honey and bee products. The owner, Cathy, is wonderful to work with and takes pride in producing her honey using sustainable farm techniques. I attended her Bee Keeping workshops through Cornell Cooperative Extension. Cathy is very knowledgeable about bee keeping and is quick to share her knowledge and offer support. Her workshops are excellent and presented with graphics and a booklet that breaks this hobby or farm enterprise down into very understandable chucks. Among her other skills is managing an indoor Winter Market which she does efficiently which makes being a vendor or customer a fun experience.

For a wonderful locally grown product, I highly recommend Leo's Honey House.
