We love our CSA share from Tantre Farm. Seeing what's in our box is a highlight of my week, and it has induced us to try new things - such as garlic scapes. It gave us a new perspective - one of our surprise treats last year was amazing coleslaw from probably the freshest cabbage we've ever eaten. Other hightlights: Deb's weekly emails give us a preview of what's to come and recipes to enjoy. We highly recommend visiting the farm on a workday/open house. Our membership helps us tune into the season and enjoy what's local and fresh.
