Tom and Paula are growing many heirloom varieties of produce that are delicious and super nutritious. Tom amends the soil with the natural minerals that are missing from most of today's mass-produced food. The result is really tasty food! My favorite last year was the tender green beans and amazing orange tomatoes! Their CSA shares are very large - it's enough for more than one family. The convenient delivery schedule makes it easy to access the food in the Portland/Vancouver area. I would recommend this CSA to anyone who wants to improve their diet and well being.
