The best CSA share we have had! High quality, very fresh, and flavorful produce filled each box. They also provide fun and delicious recipes each week.

Lara and Roger's CSA is exceptional! They have the best variety of produce. Everyone I know is jealous of all the recipes they send via email, to each of their subscribers every single week. You could not ask for a better box of vegetables to bring home every week...and, if you love cherry tomatoes like I do, you will never be able to eat them anywhere else!!

Farm Where Life is Good is a great CSA. We had subscribed to another CSA in the past in which we would get token amounts of obscure vegetables. FWLIG provides generous portions of both common and obscure vegetables (but their weekly newsletter explains the latter!). The produce is in excellent condition, thoroughly washed and carefully packed. The single share was very generous for two, allowing for lots of canning and freezing (and some eye rolling from my patient spouse...). Their spring mix is a flavorful harbinger of spring, the perfect tonic for those April (and May) snowstorms!

2013 was our first year subscribing to the Farm Where Life is Good CSA. We absolutely couldn't be happier with the beautiful produce that Roger and Lara provided for us. Not only do they grow a wide variety of produce, they also take meticulous care, as it is pre washed and expertly packed and shipped without damage or wilting (difficult task in the midwest summer heat and humidity).
As an added bonus, they offered an online market each week offering items for individual sale at a reasonable price. We took advantage of this several times throughout the season.
I would highly recommend FWLIG, as we (my husband & I) will definitely be repeat customers.
Lastly, we had subscribed to a CSA in the past, and the veggies we received from FWLIG are leaps and bounds superior to our first go at this. Subscribe without fear!

Roger and Lara provide so many veggies in their weekly boxes that you can easliy feed a family or share with friends. The assortment of vegetables is amazing - they also include recipes to follow based on the basket contents. A new addition was pictures of each vegetable so we could easily identify them. They grow veggies you cannot get at your local grocery store! It is a fun way to try new vegetables. There is never any sand or dirt on any of the produce. Great deal - I would highly recommend!

We have subscribed to the Farm Where Life is Good CSA for two years now. I am so glad that we do. We get a wide variety of veggies throughout the summer and fall. Everything is unbelievably fresh and super clean. You can really taste the freshness of the food.
You definitely get your money's worth from Lara & Roger.
