Love the Coppell Farmers Market as it is the real deal. Yes, the market management and volunteers visit all farmers and food artisans to ensure the customers have a true farmers market experience! Delightful atmosphere and fantastic products. Last week, I picked up sweet potatoes dug this fall, crisp cucumbers, greens and lettuce, along with rancher yogurt, eggs, beef and pork.

Wonderful meat and produce vendors, and the best blueberries in Texas! Good homemade bread, excellent homemade pasta! Let's Do Tea has the best organic tea I've ever tasted, and Rehoboth Ranch beats the wind out of anyone who claims to raise any kind of meat. Last and definitely not least, Oak Ridge Organic supplies excellent certified organic produce from their family operated farm. If you want their blueberries, you better get there early! Otherwise stand your chance with the countless thousands standing in line (well, they'll seem like thousands if they are in front of you!). If you want to see where they get their sweet tomatoes and tender squash, don't hesitate to ask them to schedule a visit to their farm!

I buy my week's groceries there every weekend - produce, meat, eggs, bread, seasonings, honey, sorbet, sunflowers for the centerpiece and even soaps! I like supporting the local food movement. I love visiting with friends and chatting with the vendors. I've learned so much about farming!

Because it is a REAL farmers market where only actual farmers and producers are selling. It is well organized and promoted.

The Coppell Farmers Market is large enough to provide good selection but small enough to be an easy place to shop.

The Coppell Farmers Market gives us a way to support local farmers, their lifestyle, and their communities that have been threatened by large industrial farming. The food provided is better for us by being fresh and more nutritious.

I love to buy farm fresh vegetables and fruit, most of what you get in the stores is already old and does not last long.

They have incredible selection and it all appears to be from local sources and not boxed in from elsewhere.

I bought beautiful blueberries. The other fruits and veggies turned cruddy overnight. I wil not be returning. Going to Grapevine instead

I am fairly new to the North Texas area and wasn't sure how far Coppell would be from my Denton home but it turned out to be about a 25 minute drive. The Coppell Farmer's Market is a small one but it was very pleasant. The morning started cool - 45 degrees but the free hot coffee made it seem warmer! Offered at the market were fresh cut flowers, organic meats, seafood, natural pet foods, baked goods, potted herbs and plants, handmade soaps and candles, homemade pastas and all kinds of canned goods (jams, jalapenos, beets, garlic) and there was some honey. I recognized most of these vendors as being local and the prices were reasonable. I will visit this FM again and I recommend this one for your next Farmers' Market shopping day!

I'm from California, spoiled by the pluthera of amazing farmers markets with so many fresh local fruits and vegetables. My first farmers market experience was the big one in Dallas...it was nice, but sort of disappointing since not much was local and it was pretty far from home.

I happened upon this site and discovered Coppell has a Farmers Market, still not a short distance form home but at least 1/2 the distance of Dallas, so it wasn't such a loss if it wasn't soo great. I found it with great ease and was definitely pleased with the market. Its not the biggest farmers market, but what it lacks in quantity makes up for in quality. I will definitely be going back next weekend to pick up some pumpkin ravioli.

I only gave it 4 stars because if you're driving from a city further away it might be a slight disappointment since its small, I'm 11 miles away but definitely don't mind the drive.
