Beautiful, organic vegetables all year long (including excellent greens as well as many root vegetables during winter), hard working, friendly farmers, and a good community! After trying other CSAs in the area, I am sticking with this one -- it gets better and more bountiful every year. You can select vegetables that you want, and take enough to feed your family until next pickup. Get in now, while there are still openings. Also nice selection of herbs and herbal products grown at the farm.

The produce here is so fresh. I love all of the variety throughout the year. I love all of the herbal products too.

I had to delete 3/4 of my review to make it fit. They are much much better than can be described in 1000 characters. I encourage you to give them a try - you will NOT be disappointed.

I did a lot of research to find a CSA that provides many fresh organic veggies for a reasonable price, and Bee Fields exceeds all expectations. Year round, organic vegetables provided by an excellent farmer who creates a great community amongst members!

1. They're biodynamic which is MUCH BETTER than organic. Organic allows some chemicals, biodynamic doesn't use any, so the food is healthier than any other. Biodynamic practices also improve the soil so it's best for the planet. 2. They plant the best varieties! We get early cucumbers and skinny beans to die for! In winter, when most CSAs only have storage vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc), we get baby spinach, arugula, Asian greens and mixed lettuce IN ADDITION TO the storage crops. 3. They plant unusual things! This year, we had strawberries and ginger! 4. They harvest the morning of pick-up day so you get the freshest food with the most nutrients possible 5. You take what you need, and leave what you don't - no pre-selected amounts! Don't like rutabaga? Take carrots or potatoes. Don't like garlic or hot peppers? Don't take them! You choose what to take. 6. Oops! I almost forgot the most important thing: You will not get this quality for this price anywhere else.
