Hollmeyer family has been providing the BEST PEACHES in the tri-state for 100 yrs!!!! The peaches freeze well in ziplock bags to enjoy the taste of Summer thru the cold Winter months. As do the vine-ripened tomatos, Simply blanch by dropping into boiling water, lift out with slotted spoon and drop into sink of cold water (few icecubes). the skin just slides off with ease, place them in a ziplock baggie and freeze. You can cook or even slice and thaw at room temp to enjoy the taste of sweet, ripened tomatos on your sandwiches, salads, and burgers all Winter and Spring until next years crops are ready in July. **NO GROCERY bought tomato tastes like REAL VINE-RIPENED local Maters!!! **
