I was looking for something different in a goat cheese to serve at my Champagne tasting. Phoned Robert at Whole Foods/Avalon and he said he had something for me. I arrived with Robert waiting for me with a presentation on Capra di Gia Goat Cheese which has a roasted fig, honey and a very lite hint of rosemary. It was and is perfect and the best goat cheese I have ever had. The freshest goat cheese you will ever have. Meant to be "smeared" as Robert put it on a wafer thin cracker such as "Crisps." The cheese is in small mounds and perfect for presentation on a platter. I am sure my guests will be as delighted as I am. Thank you Capra Gia Cheese Company.

Absolutely lip-smacking. Have bought it as gifts for friends too. Lovely with crackers, sourdough bread, in sandwiches and... oh just about anything you can get away with!

This is absolutely the best goat cheese around. We shop the Pauling Farmer's Market every week and this is how we were introduced to this product. Great people as well. You will not be disappointed with this cheese. I love the savory flavors!! Highly recommended!
