While visiting the Volcano area in October 2013 we happened upon the early morning Sunday farmer's market on Wright Rd. At the market I saw the Punachicks stall and purchased chicken and a bag of backs. Let me tell you, this is great tasting chicken, and the backs made a very flavorful soup stock.
