The few weeks he delivered Foster was not consistent, slow and late start and once he forgot what day it was and didn't make the delivery.. another time he called and asked if I would drive out to his farm, pick up the produce and make the delivery for him. Our family depended on Foster Fogerty doing as he advertised and after a few weeks of greens my phone calls have not been returned and I have not heard from him again. My husband is unemployed and did not want to participate but I talked him into it and now we are out the $$ and the produce. This is a very sad event as we are caring for a one year old as well.. Shame on you Mr. Fogerty!!

I am completely satisfied with the CSA experience I have gotten from Fosters farm and I highly recommend it.

I have been part of Foster's CSA since I first came to Sherman. He consistently provides me and my family with veggies that are better than any I have grown myself and that put veggies from a grocery store to shame in terms of freshness, color, smell, flavor, and overall quality. He is very well informed about different rare types of vegetables and is passionate about keeping natural genetic diversity in farming, which translates into getting a variety of different types of vegetables which are appropriate for the season and always delicious. Foster is also incredibly knowledgeable about the food he grows; if you are interested he will tell you about the history of the plant and how to cook it. As well, Foster is a genuinely good person with high integrity, a great conversationalist, and a dedicated farmer who has devoted himself to providing good food to people.
