Lamb is very tender, tasty and lean-- not fatty. Grain-fed lamb tasted great. Very mild and sweet. All pieces are of good quality. Fairly priced. Well worth the money! Butcher shop does excellent job cutting and packaging meat (the way I wanted). Butcher shop is four miles from Castle Hill Farm. Farm is in really beautiful setting. It was a delightful ride.
