I'm excited that this region has a professional gourmet mushroom provider with such productivity. Finding Lions Mane in Schnucks near 40 and Lindbergh is an exceptional treat. It's awesome that I'll be able to learn more about mushroom cultivation at home the third Saturday of this month, to grow as much lions mane medicinal mushroom as I can, indoors at home.
