I made a trip to visit Dave and his market stall in Wyomissing a few months ago after speaking to him on the phone and finding that with one trip I could stock my freezer for many delicious meals to come.

What struck me was just how beautiful the case at the front of his store appeared. All the beef on display was a beautiful, fresh color, with little or no fat marbling. Cuts were generous and prices very fair. And the flavor! Ribeye steaks are certainly the best grass fed steaks my family has ever eaten. We are unanimous on that point. The short ribs braised beautifully and also had a wonderful flavor. I have made these for guests and we've changed their minds about grass fed beef. They loved it.

I now buy regularly from Dutch Market Organics, both beef and chicken and recommend them most highly.
