The raw honey from the Honey Pot in Destin Florida is excellent. They have many different flavors and sizes. I started with a 16 oz and moved up to a 2 1/2 pound jar on my next visit. I will be trying the different flavors soon. The people were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They answered all my curious questions. I use raw honey to try and help my 5 year daughter to outgrow her food allergy. I also have air born allergies and hope the raw honey will help. If you don't have any allergies to worry about then honey is always better to use in your coffee or other food and drinks instead of sugar. Sugar is a no-no in my house.
