Oak Spring Farm in Freeland has the best vegetables and eggs! They are in a lovely location which is great to go and see it's beauty. I tend to buy my eggs and veggies at the Hereford Farmer's Market on Saturdays as well, because it is even more convenient and the people working the stand are so knowledgeable and friendly. I'm pretty sure Oak Spring Farm has the best eggs I have ever tasted. The added bonus with Oak Spring is that everything is organically grown with love and care!! It's great to feel good about what you eat! Another bonus is you can become part of the CSA which you can do through the website and everything is ready for you to pick up at the Farmer's Market and other convenient locations. Perfect.

I have used three CSAs over the years, and by far, Oak Spring has been my favorite. The selection and freshness cannot be beat. Lisa is always out in the field working when I stop by to pick up the share. It's nice to not only know the farm, but to know the farmer, and to see how much love and dedication she puts into her produce. This is my second year, and I happily signed up for the longer, 32 week term. I am thrilled that Lisa decided to offer a longer CSA season. The grocery store stuff just doesn't compare to Oak Spring, at all. Highly, highly recommend!

Being from England and a bit 'picky' I was reluctant to enter the whole CSA thing at first but my wife persuaded me. We tried a couple of other local farms before settling with Lisa. This season will be our third which on its own speaks volumes.

The produce from Oak Spring is top notch, their eggs are the freshest you will ever buy! Pay the extra and you will never buy another egg from a store again.

Finally, over the years we have gotten to know the Duff family a little and we would like to mention that they have a real passion for their farm which seems to find its way into everything they bring to market.

Buying a CSA share at Oak Spring is one of the best things I ever did for my health. The variety exposes me to so many more types of veggies and the quality is always so great. Plus I love having the opportunity to support a local farmer that I trust. And I enjoy being able to thank the chickens for their gorgeous eggs on pick up day!

This was my first year participating in the CSA at Oak Spring Farm. All of the produce tasted so delicious and the eggs outstanding. I didn't realize how much better fresh veggies and eggs tasted until this year! Everything was so great that I decided to do a full share instead of half for next year so that I could freeze some veggies to have during the winter months. The farm is beautiful and my children enjoyed going each week to pick out our veggies and eggs. Oak Spring Farm offers a great variety of produce, something to please everyone. I'm looking forward to next season!
