Reviews for: Northern Roots Farm

I was visiting a friend overnight and decided to make breakfast for us in the morning. I used the eggs in her refrigerator and was amazed at how different they are from the eggs I buy. The shells were beautiful and tough which makes them less likely to be broken by accident. The yolks were a vibrant, deep yellow and the whites were nice and firm. The egg stood up in the frying pan instead of splaying out as many commercial eggs will do. When I asked my friend where she got the eggs she mentioned Holly's farm and then brought up her facebook page while we were eating. The coop looks amazing and the chickens all look so healthy and happy. And you can tell the difference in her eggs! The next time I come up to Delta Junction I get to go out to visit the farm and I can't even tell you how egg-cited I am for that! Keep up the good work with your fantastic farm Holly!
