We typically go to the apple orchard with our grandchildren, who are interested in pony and wagon rides, farm animals, etc. This year, the grandkids were busy and we just wanted to pick our own apples. Woods Apple Orchard came up in our search and was EXACTLY what we were looking for! The orchards were large, but easily walkable. They have wagons you can use instead of walking with heavy bags. The trees are only 6-7 feet tall, and there's big, juicy apples from top to bottom. No climbing needed! We picked Haralson and Golden Delicious. The Goldens were sweet like sugar and very juicy. The Haralsons were nice and tart; perfect for apple crisp. You can pick/purchase as many or as few as you like, then pay by the pound. They also had pear trees, pumpkin patch, Raspberries and plum trees! There are a couple goats out front that love to eat leaves. If you're looking for good quality fruit at reasonable prices, this is the place to go! We'll definitely be back!

Great variety in apples and they were super tasty! It was amazing to see the abundance of apples even on the few small trees. They had a swing set and a few wagons too which my girls (2&5)loved playing with. Such nice people in the shop. No they didn?t have a jumping pillow and corn pit etc but it was free admission and my girls didn?t miss all the extras and just enjoyed nature. Definitely making a trip to come back! One thing I did miss was the apple cider donuts - so if they added that I?d definitely buy those as well!

There are a variety of apples & other fruit available. You can try the apples before you by them... There are also very unique items & home decor you have to see. :) Very good homemade jellies & jams.

We went in early September; what a sweet spot to enjoy some apple and raspberry picking. There's also a cute shop with bagged apples, homemade jams, and other local handmade goodies. The sunflowers were in full bloom at the time too. We will definitely return in the weeks to come so we can pick and try different varieties of apples. Thank you friendly staff!

My sister and I try to visit a different apple orchard or pumpkin farm every fall and by far this one is our favorite. The apples are fabulous and the selection is great too. We have purchased gift items there as well, even just for ourselves! Worth the trip, we are never disappointed. In fact I'm heading there again today.

We started going to Woods Edge last year to get apples and raspberries. I have to say of all the orchards we visited last year (4 total) the fruit was the best from Wood's Edge. It is great to swing in a grab a bag of apples or take the kids to pick there own. I purchased many varieties last year to make all sorts of fall goodies and all were excellent.

I recommend anyone who loves apples to swing by and try them!

As a annual tradition we take our four children to pick apples. We started out at another orchard to pick apples only to be told that they were not doing you pick this year, our children were very disappointed. On our way home we spotted Wood's Edge and decided to give it a try. We got bags right away and went to pick 2 different types (I think there were 5 or 6 to choose from). The kids had a great time picking and they also got a tractor wagon ride. We will definetly be going there again.

Stopped in this afternoon to pick some apples to purchase. The owners were very welcoming, and took time to visit. This is a place where one can truly enjoy an afternoon, and get that "back on the farm" feeling---laid back and stress free! Thank you. The apples are delicious!

The owners allowed a bunch of us to come and pick up the windfall apples for free, for a friend that lost her home to a fire. Nice folks, great apples!

Visited Woods Edge today for the first time on a recommendation of a friend. It was worth the drive. The apples we picked are huge and amazing! The taste is wonderful and I can't wait to make apple sauce and crisp with them. It is a quaint small place which is really nice. Saw the chickens and bought eggs too. They were very friendly and helpful and I'd recommend taking a nice drive to Buffalo and getting lots of apples! I'd recommend this place and will go back.
