Reviews for: The Marketplace Garland

I really enjoy the market on the Square in Garland. There were only a couple of stands selling fruits and vegetables and I would love to see more!!! The breads, pickles, honey and jelly/jam stands were nice too. I really enjoy having local fresh fare available so close to home. On our last visit we bought wonderful hand made soaps, jellies, breads and melons. Looking forward to our next trip and would love to see more market items available and less of the "arts and crafts show" booths.

The emphasis is on other things then fresh produce and food. Last time we went (last year), there was one vendor selling veggies and one selling honey - there rest were arts & crafts, jewelry, services, and live music.

Nothing at all wrong with it, but it is not somewhere you're going to go if you're looking for local, organic produce, fruits or plants.
