Whwn I visit ny daughter, I go there for the fun and the variety of fresh food from local producers.

Yummy vegetables, good selection, great location, friendly vendors, very affordable.

The produce is fresh and local, it's fun, there's music, every week there are different things to look forward to, and the people are very friendly.

The food is more fresh and I love supporting my local farmers! Helps the local economy!

The farmers provide good healthy produce and plants even though they face a challenging northern climate.

I support them because I believe in what it represents - a return to a local, sustainable, community-based food & culture as opposed to the current mainstream depersonalized, mechanized, polluted, far-flung agricultural distribution system.
