The mushrooms from 2 Angels are extremely good quality. The taste far exceeds any you will find at a grocery store. I've found them to be very habit-forming! Watch for 2 Angels selling locations so you can experience the taste. I also did their shiitake log class. Now I am eagerly awaiting my very own mushrooms.
