We've had two lambs from Black Moose Ranch. And this year, we'll have two more! They are so good, that if I'm dumb enough to ask what everyone wants for dinner...it's always LAMB, LAMB, LAMB! THEY might know why it's so good...but I do. Black Moose Ranch! The owners treat their animals with utmost kindness too.

Tender, juicy and with a wonderful mild flavor. The smaller chops are just too good. But my favorite is the lamb steaks, and I also mix some of the lamb burger in with beef and/or pork to make amazing meatloaf (grand kids favorite).
