When I got the packages of BBQ and Pepper seasoned Jerky the first thing I noticed is that it is not 100% Buffalo. The label says there is Beef mixed in with it. WHAT? The only way I know of to do this and have it look like strips of single meat is with a method called "meat glue". Look it up. Not good. I don't know if they do it this way, but hey.

Then the ingredients which I assume are the seasonings -- begin with sugar, I got as far as MSG and my CRAP meter went into the red zone. Nothing organic which I was expecting from a boutique brand. MSG is classified as an exitotoxin. Read the information published by Dr. Blaylock -- an author and a retired U.S. neurosurgeon

Totally false advertising to call this Buffalo Jerky, and definitely UN-healthy given the other ingredients.

There is no zero star rating, but it there were -- it would be appropriate.

Contacted the company to return the unopened remaining packages. We'll see how committed to customer satisfaction they are.

The liver sausage is so good. It has a velvety texture. We would definitely order again.

the white curd was absolutely delicious. The seasoned one is good but I favor the plain.

I have ordered this box or the other Heart Savers box for the past few years. It's become a part of my own Christmas and a present that I give to my extended family since I usually serve part of it on Christmas Eve. Such good quality that you would almost not know that it's lower fat cheese. And you don't have to limit it to Christmas since there's always a need for good cheese.

I ordered a box several different products as a birthday gift. My brother received it a couple of days before his birthday and his entire family enjoyed it very much. He said it was expertly packed and arrived in perfect condition. The cheeses and buffalo sausage were fresh and tasty and they especially enjoyed the jalapeno spread. Thanks for the great products and exceptional service.

I consider myself experienced in all types of sausages and meats as a consumer and have enjoyed bologna from Oscar Meyer to Boarshead to local meat packers ring style and even venison bologna. It tasted a little different but there was no mistaking the color and texture that it was indeed bologna. That's what I expected with the bison but what I got was not even close. I don't understand how you could call it bologna....I'm not saying it was bad, to the contrary it was good...it tasted like a regular sausage but that's not the point at all. The two could never be confused. I expected something entirely different and if I wanted bison sausage I would have ordered bison sausage. I am not a satisfied customer and very disappointed because in my opinion it was nothing like bologna and I couldn't recommend it to anyone looking for bologna. However it could just be me and not as experienced as I thought have never tasted your version before, I'm sure you have some very fine products unfortunately as a first time customer I'll probably be shopping for bologna elsewhere....just being honest. To be fair the two star rating was not for quality or service, those I give all five.
