I've been buying this liver for over a year now, and have never been disappointed. The quality is superb. The flavor is excellent. It gives off a lovely aroma when raw, so I have no choice but to share it with my cat.

We LOVED the grass-fed rib eyes!!! Could not believe how lean they were compared to grocery rib eyes, and how succulent they tasted. Just a little marinating and searing on the grill brought out the absolutely delicious flavor. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Ordering was a breeze, price is excellent [shhh! don't tell the rancher].

The liver arrived still hard-frozen 2/3rds the way across the US to Oregon. Beautiful deep red/chocolate-brown in color.

This was the most tenders meat we have ever ate. It was wonderful. We wrapped it in foil frozen and cooked it for about 35 minutes. We have tried the hamburger meat and liver and they were unreal good. We can't wait to try all the rest. Pat

I purchased six rib eye steaks and they arrived in perfect condition and were well packaged. We have been enjoying them very much and will definitely order more. The meat has a great flavor and because it is grass-fed we know it contributes to our health.

I purchased 5 lbs of natural beef sticks and 10 lbs of ground beef in august 09. When i got my order the beef sticks had visable gobs of fat inside the packages. I thawed them out and rinsed one off. It was terrible. fatty and gross. later i served them to several male buddies of mine and 2 of them spit them out. 2 days later i thawed some of the ground beef and made burgers on the grill. The flavor was good, but several of us were getting bites of grissle and god know what in our mouths. I contacted the company and they said they would resend the entire order which they did. I recieved the order on 8/20/09 and again the same thing. The beef sticks are loaded with fat, and just not edible so i threw them in the trash. Don't buy these products from this company.

We were looking for a source that reflected our food choices looking for meat that has been naturally raised and processed in as humane a way as possible while still delivering a really tasty end product. We were very pleased with our initial order, which included ground meat, steaks, summer sausage and roasts. The communication and customer service was excellent, our box arrived in good shape (during very hot weather) and the meat has been terrific. Great beefy flavor, very tender, nicely trimmed, well packed and ready to go into the freezer. We marinated some steaks for an hour or so, tossed them onto the grill and everyone commented how good they were. We'll definitely be ordering again, thank you!
