The people and atmosphere was very nice but the prices were outrages. You can buy these items from friends and neighbors for a lot less, not worth the drive.

With Alaska's long summer days of sun, the veggies are large and incredible! It's always fun to see what the new harvest is and to talk to people in the community.

We are a small, friendly market in the center of town. We are the only place in town that provides farm-fresh produce and locally produced goods. Our non-profit support the local historical society. (The manager is an unpaid historical society member.) The fees aa very low ($17.50 a week) so just about anyone can participate as a vendor. We educate the local folks and tourist what we can do in Alaska. And, we're lots of fun!!
