I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this booth in Little Italy’s farmers market and feel compelled to share. While my husband and I were standing near the front—not in the way, mind you—looking up ingredients for a recipe we planned to make (and potentially purchase from this very booth), the woman running it rudely interrupted us and demanded we move. She barked that she “paid for this booth” as if that gave her ownership over the public sidewalk in front of it.
Her tone was completely uncalled for—curt, condescending, and frankly embarrassing. We were stunned. As regular supporters of local farmers markets, we’re used to friendly, community-driven interactions, not this entitled attitude.
Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and will continue to do so. I highly discourage anyone from supporting someone who treats potential customers with such hostility. Shame on her for representing small business in such a negative light.

We've used Rodney Kawano Farms for over a year now and love his CSA box. The selection and pricing is great. He is such a friendly guy and I recommend him to everyone I can. We meet him at the PB farmers market and build a box with him. Never had a box we weren't satisfied with! So overall - selection is great, pricing is great, he's super easy to work with and his produce is just wonderful.
