I've eaten a variety of Knapp Creek Farm's produce from carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, various squash, kohlrabi, watermelon, radishes, brussels sprouts and kale (to name a few) - everything has the most incredible taste. The quality and variety is impressive. Also I always enjoy talking with them - a very knowledgeable and friendly family!

We have enjoyed many types of organic vegetables this past year from this farm. Everything we tried was of excellent quality and so tasty! Some of our favorites included various lettuces (which they have very early and late in the seasons due to their high tunnel), spinach, kale and chard. They also have wonderful root vegetables - carrots and beets, as well as a variety of squashes that were so good. They have some vegetables that I was not familiar with but they are always willing to share their knowledge and preparation ideas. Everything we had was super fresh! We have also enjoyed their pasture raised beef, pork, chickens and even were able to get a heritage turkey for Thanksgiving! The meat and poultry are all an excellent value.
