It's a great thing to do on a Friday evening, whether you're looking for dinner on the spot, fresh veggies or simply to hang out with friends.

The Occidental Bohemian Farmers Market, now in its 8th year continues to impress, delight and flourish. This year there are more farmers, food vendors, crafts, demonstrations, music and good fun for all. The community definitely comes out and supports the market and it is a great time to catch up with everyone - especially on a Friday night - at the end of the week. It is my favorite Farmers Market!

Where else can you get the best fresh, local produce and mingle with your neighbors? Not to mention the live music, delicious eats and the monthly "Makers" markets featuring Switch n Stitch!

It's a fantastic, community-oriented market which not only provides great, locally-sourced food, but also serves to keep consciousness raised on the importance of these issues.

The Occidental Bohemian Farmers Market is a wonderful collection of vendors selling locally grown produce, artisan food items, crafts and best of all Gerard's fabulous Paella. Friday nights when the market takes place is a community gathering place for friends and neighbors.
