We tried their beef out before going all in for a split quarter. You can buy their beef at the Pearl Farmer's Market or at their farm. We went to the farm and visited with the lovely couple who own the ranch. We got to see the cattle, their home, garden and talk with them about what they do. The meat is amazing. Our sample meat included a ribeye steak. I cooked it simply with salt in a pan. It was as good as any you could get at a steakhouse. I tried another ranch that was cheaper and delivered but it couldn't compare. Shudde Ranch Beef is my choice. At $8.50 a pound for a quarter you get all the best stuff along with cheaper cuts. If you buy ground grassfed beef from the grocery store it is $8 per pound and you know nothing about it.
