I love the variety, pricing is reasonable and the people are great. During the outdoor summer market, you can walk your dogs along with you. It's a great time and down town Kenosha is becoming more and more beautiful all the time.

This market is beautifully done. The area down town is pretty just on the lake, the set up is very coordinated and it's a joy to come down on Sunday morning for breakfast and my fresh produce for the week. Keep it up!

The Kenosha Harbor Market is more than just a bunch of vendors getting together. Everyone involved in this market is great. This is a real gathering place for people around the area. People sit and eat lunch; meet friends; and just enjoy the beautiful harbor where the market is held. I am a vendor at the market, and it's one of my best times during the summer. I've met wonderful people from all over the country. No other market can beat this one. It's great.

It is in the perfect setting, the Kenosha lakefront where there is something for everyone.
The produce is the best that our area can offer with many producers being certified organic.
Many of the artists are also local and use products from these farmers, such as goat milk, which is used in the natural soaps that are offered.
Our market managers have been inspired to make our European style market just a bit differrent from the average.
So here you have the beautiful lakefront, a fabulous market with music, food, art, local color, and fun activities that draw folks of all ages together in one setting. What could be better?

Curzio and Ray started this market with just a great idea, bringing a little of what they knew in Europe to a struggling downtown business area. In doing so, they have re-energized that district, given Saturday morning shoppers a great place to hang out, and offered small business owners the chance to introduce their products and realize a profit. With everything from handmade soap to jewelry to produce (and live music every week), Kenosha Harbor Market offers superb quality at fair prices. Like the plants vendors sell here, Curzio and Ray planted a seed, tended to its growth, and have shared the harvest with everyone. Great idea + hard work=success!

Harborside Market is very large with many different vendors. Love the hotdog stand and the family affair that runs it. There are many produce stands to pick from so find your favorite personality and good shopping locally. Love that!!! Thanks Kenosha and the organizers of the market for making such a friendly market. This market epitomizes a neighborhood feel. All morning, people can be seen walking toward the market with their shopping bags in hand: residents in the neighborhood, people from farther in town, boaters from the harbor, families and people with pets...I love the open friendliness of this market! And, the quality and variety of the produce and other foods, crafted items and live music. The fountain and the beautiful Lake make a wonderful backdrop. Special thanks to Curzio for setting up the email announcements I get every week.

This should not be listed under Farmer's Market. It is a weekly craft fair with lots of food vendors, and people selling jewelry, handmade soaps, coffee beans and the like. It is ok just do not confuse it with a Farmer's Market.

Today, July 17 2009, I had a chance to review all the comments left about Kenosha's HarborMarket ... great to find 32 FIVE stars and just one negative comment. As the manager of this market I'm responsible to keep the number of vendors balanced in the categories. We have less than 20% art and crafts compared to food. So the negative comment is posted by someone who does not know how to count. But on a more positive note, all our food vendors are local - by market rule - we do not allow produce from any State not bordering Wisconsin. Curzio
