Sis gifted me a shitake log and an oyster in November. Followed advice, soaking, setting up in basement bathroom since outside Minnesota in Dec obviously not going to work. Spritzing with water, resoaking after 3 weeks, covering w.plastic. no sign of any pinning at all. Maybe attempting this inside in winter is ill-advised? Disappointed...maybe addtnl advice is needed if you dont live in Georgia?

Both my daughter and I have ordered plugs from 2funguys and have not been disappointed! Very reasonably priced, and get them to you asap after your order. Hope to order again!
