My Husband and I are lovers of maple syrup on pancakes and couldn't wait to try the hickory syrup instead. We just happened on finding this syrup that was locally made. It tastes heavenly . We were happy to find it at the local market in Huntington. We also found them at the Pumpkin Festival. It is smooth and rich and goes great with almost anything. You should try it . You will not be sorry. A Great product from the "Almost Heaven" West Virginia state.
