I have been a member of this CSA for about 4 years. Pavel & team provide a bounty every week. Sometimes the vegetables are ones I have not heard of, but Katie will supply recipes. It is also a huge help that they send out a newsletter before I get my box that tells me what will be coming. That way, I can consider what's coming and get the rest of what I need in my weekly shop. It really cuts down on waste. Not only are there lots of vegetables, but of course, they are really lovely and delicious. Pavel is an experienced grower and uses no pesticides, and it's amazing the quality he produces. It goes to show you that the yucky 'cides are not needed. Most of all, you can't compare the taste to anything you'd get off the shelf. An heirloom tomato may not be perfectly round, but the juice and flavor is perfection. Whether you are familiar with locally grown produce or not, I highly recommend Pavel's Garden. The quality, and taste can be relied on every week. Amazing people & farm!
