Herondale Farm cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. There were 4 items missing from my order, nearly all the items were underweight. The food was shipped with no dry ice or ice packs. The food was all melted and thawed. The box was soaking wet. I sent them emails, called and left a voicemail. No response from them in months. They refuse to even refund the items that were missing from my order.

This farm has the worst customer service I've ever seen. After I left a review on Facebook, they claimed they would refund me publicly but blocked me instead and never refunded me. They didn't put ice packs or dry ice when they shipped the order because it would have cost more to ship. These people are so cheap and deceptive.

After watching the movie Food Inc. we were in pursuit of grass fed beef, and local products. While wandering around to garage sales in Columbia County we were asking locals who has the best beef. They sent us to Herondale Farms. Not only have we been truly impressed with the quality of their beef but feel compelled to buy a large amount to put in the freezer. They show respect for the animal, care for the land and focus on quality for the consumer. Also avail. are CSA shares from Sol Flower Farm. We can't wait , this has changed our life.
