gorgeous fresh produce every saturday at the saturday morning market. there are several types of lettuce ranging from romane, red romane, escarole, butter, leafy green and red.they also have the deep purple lettuce. they have orange carrots and purple/yellow. celery, butternut squash, zuchinni, yellow squash. greenbeans, purple and white onions, salad turnips, leeks, radishes, baby bok choi, large bok choi, tatsoi, mustard greens, lacinto kale, rainbow chard.... beautiful flowers, herbs, romanesco, green/white cauliflower...arugula and ginger/tumeric, red beets and golden with lovely greens. there is more...
the season begins in october and ends in may. the produce is consistently fresh coming out of the ground on a thursday or friday and at market saturday. this year they offered a 35.00 membership where you can save 10% next season. its interesting to see the timing of the produce throughout the season..
