I paid for two packs of twenty count of crista tomatoe seeds and got one pack of forty. I paid 10.90 for two packs, one pack of forty was cheaper at 9.49 but I wanted two packs, as one was a gift. The guy that emailed me back told me I got what I ordered, and that I did not pay extra. Well, excuse you sir but I did pay extra and I did not recieve what I ordered. I ordered a quantity of two and recieved a quantity of one. I guess these people here do not care about doing orders the way they are ordered, or care about customer satisfaction. At least the person named Kit Mason that emailed me back so rudely did not. I should have read the reviews of this company before ordering from them. Based on their star rating before this review, I am not the only customer who will not be ordering again.

I ordered two packs of the crista tomatoe. I wanted two packs because one was a gift. It costed me extra to buy it that way, but that is what I wanted. It was 9.49 for a pack of 40 and I paid 10.90 for two packs of twenty. When my order came in it was one pack of forty. I don't know about anyone else, but when I make a order, however I order it, that is the way I want my order to be. So to anyone else that orders seeds, they will not be sent to you how you ordered it. I contacted them first before writing this review. I recieved a email back from a Kit Mason telling me I got what I ordered. No further seeds would be sent, and that I did not pay any extra for two packs of twenty verses one pack of forty. Well now I'm here leaving my horrible first time experience with this company. Do not order from them, they obviously do not care about their customers or their satisfaction. This could have all been avoided, by sending my correct order. The way it was ordered.

I somehow emailed the wrong company. The person I spoke with was the person my others seeds were coming from. We both realized the mistake. Hopefully I get an email back from the right person and this can be resolved. I did the email the correct way earlier, we will see how it goes through this time.

Purchased 20 seeds. I was excited to get 28 seeds but one month later only 10 sprouts have come up (in a controlled environment). As an experienced gardener I do understand not all seeds will germinate, but a less than 50% germination rate is not acceptable to me.

I tried contacting DownrightNatural a few days ago via direct email but there has been no reply to my email and as of today, 11-16-17, their website displays as a blank white page. I've tried emailing one more time today, and I found a contact page on the Local Harvest website. Awaiting their reply.

The fact that the seller's website is not working and I've received no reply to my direct email makes me wonder if they are having technical problems with their website and email, or are they just an unreliable seller of seeds. If I receive an appropriate reply I'll update my review.

I have been a customer of DownrightNatural for many many years and am always impressed with the quality of the items that they have in stock. Kirby an Missy are real sweethearts
