To whom It May Concern, While at the downtown Ventura farmers market today, Saturday 09/14/2019, as I was waking past the Vanoni Farms booth I overheard some disturbing language coming from the booth vendor/employee. The man was openly and quite loudly making homophobic remarks against current presidential candidate and veteran Mayor Pete Buttigieg, referring to him as a ?fag?. I don?t even like the candidate nor am I a member or the LGBTQ community. However, Mr. Buttigieg is a veteran and that type of language is unacceptable towards those who have proudly represented this country. Please inform your employees of the proper demeanor and conduct required while on the clock, as they are representing Vanoni Farms while working. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
