Our family has been eating Pedrozo Cheese for more than 12 years. We really enjoy the different varieties! They have feta now! We use the feta to make Orzo Salad. We also love using their Northern Gold, Pepper Cheese, and Black Butte Reserve for making Macaroni and Cheese. It's great for our bedtime snack, too.
