I understood delivery to be on Friday morning when I signed up for the program. As of lately things have changed: Week before Last she decided she would deliver on Monday morning because she couldn't take care of buisiness. I explained that I would be out of town on Monday morning and needed the delivery late Tuesday...which did not happen and Wednesday I had to ask why. This last Friday again no delivery, no delivery Saturday ...or Sunday. I sent an email to ask why but have received no response. This is Monday and she has ignored the delivery (which I paid for). I do not mind the delivery to be late or if there is a problem....but no reply to my request is not acceptable. What is going on?
